About the Designer

Kirya J. Duncan, Building Designer, is a native of the historic Natchez, Mississippi. In 1989, he attended Hinds Community College in Raymond, MS to study drafting & design technology. A year later in 1990, he transferred to the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS and studied Architectural Engineering. A move to Atlanta, GA in 1995, afforded him the opportunity to work for a couple of Atlanta's best known residential design firms working on low and high end residential buildings, contributing to the design phase and developing construction documents. January 1999, Kirya launched Design Evolutions to promote his passion for classic and timeless residential design with stock house plans and custom home designs.
